"Every Kid in a Park"

09/03/2015 Fort-Clatsop-FreeIt's true. Every fourth grader in the country can get a pass for free admission to all National Parks and federal forests, grasslands and waters where fees are charged. It's to help celebrate the National Park Service's 100th birthday next year. The pass applies to their families as well. The "Every Kid in a Park" initiative has its own website, http://www.everykidinapark.gov. Go to this site to find out how to get the passes and where you can use them.

We hope all fourth graders and their families will enjoy the beauty and outstanding outdoor recreational and educational opportunities our national parks provide.
